Wallow Fire sparks state of emergency

Apache County Board of Supervisors have unanimously voted to declare a state of emergency Friday because of the Wallow Fire that is threatening homes, campsites and communities in southern Apache County and is reported to have grown to be an estimated 100,500 acres.
